Minced beef | Red onion | Garlic | Pepper | Salt | Worcestershire sauce | Bell pepper | Ketchup | Mayonnaise | Orange Juice | Tomato | Cabbage | Bread | Vegetable oil

Mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, orange juice and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
