    Why we ❤️ it

When I told you I had a long list of popsicle ideas I was going to work on I wasn't exaggerating even a little bit. It's what summers are for.

These Coffee, Chocolate and Vanilla Popsicles are incredibly creamy, as creamy as any store-bought popsicle you can find, but made at home, where you can enjoy it any time you want. They are also very easy and quick to make. Perfect for a hot summer day.

If you have the time, you can combine all three in one popsicle like the one above, or you can make them separate, in smaller sizes so you can try all three.

    It's up to you.

    Chocolate popsicles recipe

This condensed milk popsicle made with cocoa powder is easy to make, requires very few ingredients and has a very rich chocolate flavor

    Coffee popsicles recipe

For kids I suggest that you use decaf coffee, caffeinated kids are not conducive to a peaceful home, but for adults, the coffee one is the perfect way to get our caffeine fix without breaking a sweat in the heat of summer with this coffee and condensed and evaporated milk popsicles.

    Vanilla popsicles recipe

This vanilla-flavored popsicle recipe calls for actual vanilla, but in a pinch, you can also use vanilla extract. Either way will result in really creamy vanilla popsicles.

    Buen provecho!

    Ingredients

    For the chocolate popsicles

    • 1 cup evaporated milk, at room temperature
    • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
    • ¼ cup condensed milk, (or to taste)

    For the coffee

    • 1 cup evaporated milk, at room temperature
    • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
    • ¼ cup condensed milk, (or to taste)

    For the vanilla popsicles

    • 1 cup evaporated milk, at room temperature
    • Seeds from a vanilla pod, or two tablespoons of vanilla extract
    • ¼ cup condensed milk, (or to taste)

    Instructions

    • Mix the first two ingredients of each, plus condensed milk to taste. Stir until everything is mixed well. If you are going to make the three-layered popsicle, pour the chocolate mix into 8 popsicle molds, freeze hard. Once frozen pour in the coffee mix, add the wooden stick and freeze hard. Finish with the vanilla mix. You can also make them into separate popsicles molds.

    Tips and Notes

A word of advice: Use molds with smooth sides, these popsicles were a bit harder to remove from the molds when I used the ridged molds (in the first picture).
