I am so happy to share with you something good that came out of 2020: a new print cookbook!
Yo Cocino Latino is out now! This is a collaboration with some of my favorite Hispanic food bloggers, in which we've shared some of the most popular recipes from our respective countries in a beautiful book I am very proud of.
There's no better way to bring our traditional Dominican food to new audiences than to collectively amplify our voices and reach new people from other countries. My friends Laylita (from Laylita's Recipes), Vero (from La Cocina de Vero), Erica Dinho (from My Colombian Recipes and Alejandra Graf (from Piloncillo & Vainilla) share the credit with me, bringing you food from all over the continent, in our respective unique styles.
About our book
Yo Cocino Latino includes 68 carefully selected recipes from the Dominican, Ecuadorian, Cuban, Mexican, and Colombian cuisines (as well as recipes that are common to our countries) organized in a simple format, and with extra information to help you follow them. Our vegetarian readers will find some treasures for them too.
